If you are having trouble connecting your 360 camera via WiFi, there are a couple of steps you can take to fix this issue:
- Make sure you are disconnected from any other WiFi network before attempting to connect.
- Make sure you are inputting the correct password: monsterdigital
- Try turning your WiFi off and then on again on your mobile/tablet device.
- Try restarting you mobile/tablet device before attempting to connect.
- Make sure the battery level is above 50%.
