What is the warranty exchange process?

1) Please contact Customer Support by one of the following methods:

  • Live Chat available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
  • Email us at support@monsterdigital.com and we will respond within 24 business hours.
  • Leave a voicemail at (844) 843-5554 and we will return your call within 24 business hours.

 2) If your item is a camera, SSD, OTG Cloud, SKY, Thunderbolt, or Overdrive, please send a copy of your proof of purchase to support@monsterdigital.com. Acceptable copies include a picture, document, or screen shot of your receipt. It must include the date, store name, item purchased, and price. This is to insure your product was purchased within the warranty period and you are the original owner end user.

3) Once we determine your product has a manufacturing defect, you are the original owner, and within the warranty period, we will email you an Exchange Request Form. Please fill out this form so that we can get the exchange process started. Once submitted, we will contact you within 24 business hours with an approval. 

4) Please either print a copy of the Warranty Exchange form or write your name, address, phone number, and email address on a paper. Then package the defective product and include all the accessories. Also, include the paperwork in the package.

5) Take the packaged to your local post office, UPS, or FedEX location. Request delivery confirmation notice or tracking number. Ship to the following address:

6) Email us at support@monsterdigital.com to let us know the packaged was shipped. Also give us the tracking number.

7) Once we receive the package we will review the product and notify you. If the exchange has been approved, then we will ship a replacement within 24 business hours if the item is in stock.

8) If you selected free attempt at file recovery, we will notify you within 3 business days of the results. If the attempt was successful, we will email you a link to download your files.
